Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support our team of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families on health and wellness.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between care settings.
- Monitor patient progress, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
