At ManTech International Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Hazelwood, MO area. As a key member of our diverse team, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects that contribute to our national security.

Responsibilities
  • Perform analysis of aircraft avionic systems data to determine the compatibility and feasibility of testing and repairing these systems with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and associated Test Program Sets (TPS).
  • Analyze complex systems and circuit card assemblies, including Electrical, Analog, Digital, RF, Ethernet, Fiber Optics, and E-O.
  • Develop Test Program Sets Acquisition Documentation, including the Statement of Work (SOW) and Contract Data Item Descriptions (CDRLs).
  • Review system requirements, design, development, integration, test, and delivery of OEM ATE products.
  • Support On-site Integration Activities, including observing integration testing, fault insertion, and review of logbook entries.
  • Witness On-Site formal Developmental Acceptance Testing, including contractor's execution of the Test Plan, physical configuration audits, formal fault insertion, recording of test results, and final test reports.
  • Support TPS Testing Events and Physical Configuration Audits (PCA).
  • Support the technical review and approval of contractor hardware, software, and data end products.
Requirements
  • Must have 3 or more years of experience in designing and developing Automated Test Systems to test and isolate failures for Military or Commercial Avionic, Navigation, Communication, RADAR, and IFF Systems.
  • Must have designed and developed Military or Commercial Systems, including Avionic, Navigation, Communication, RADAR, and IFF Systems.
  • Must have analyzed 3 or more of the following Electrical and Electronic disciplines: Power Supplies, Analog, Digital, RF (High and Low Power), Databases (1553, ARINC), E-O, Fiber Optics, Ethernet, and Fiber (GB Ethernet) for military or avionic systems and circuit card assemblies.
  • Must have performed analysis of military or aircraft avionic systems data and determined the compatibility and feasibility of testing and repairing these systems with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and associated Test Program Sets (TPS).
  • Must have supported On-site Integration Activities, including executing or observing integration testing, fault insertion, and analysis, and review of logbook entries, or witnessed On-Site formal Developmental Acceptance Testing, including contractor's execution of the Test Plan, physical configuration audits, formal fault insertion, recording of test results, and final test reports.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Must be able to commute to the Boeing's Facility in Hazelwood, MO.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Must be fluent in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Clearance Requirements

This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements

Position requires self-mobility and stationary work, with occasional movement around the office. Must be able to communicate and detect computer screens and other work-related materials.
