Position Overview:
We are seeking a vital finance professional to provide support for the Plex Go-To-Market (GTM) division. In this role, you will serve as the primary financial resource for the Plex GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) operations.
Your Role:
You will play a crucial part in fostering a performance-driven culture, managing investment expenditures, and analyzing SaaS metrics while collaborating on operational and strategic initiatives to enhance Rockwell's software business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Revenue Accounting and Sales Operations to deliver timely and accurate global sales data, assessing new bookings against established objectives and tracking key performance indicators to inform decision-making.
2. Develop the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks, partnering with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
3. Create both standard and customized reports to analyze new, existing, and renewal bookings, product performance, revenue, and segment metrics.
4. Support the comprehensive planning process in conjunction with partners and finance team members.
5. Establish and manage reporting schedules related to sales and funnel performance.
6. Coordinate with teams to provide precise budget and forecast updates, including trend analysis.
7. Monitor performance metrics, communicating results and potential risks to the organization.
8. Analyze data and prepare reports for management to support strategic objectives.
9. Conduct monthly variance analysis between actual and forecasted/budgeted financials, providing insights to guide decision-making and budget management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2-3 years in FP&A, SaaS Accounting, or business operations.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Experience managing multiple projects and analyzing complex data sets.
- Familiarity with key SaaS metrics and their underlying drivers.
- Strong partner management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across the organization.

Compensation:
