Silo Smashers is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to provide support and thought leadership to the Director of Contracts and Finance and CFO in the areas of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create monthly journal entries and reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Analyze monthly financials and prepare a comprehensive financial packet for review with the CFO and CEO.
  • Assist with managing the budget and forecasting support to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Provide review and training to the Accounting Assistant's activities, including managing employee time, subcontract T&E management, and managing the A/P.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience or an advanced degree with relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and core functions.
