Position Summary: The Clinical Director will be responsible for managing the clinical functions of our ABA facility, ensuring the provision of superior services and the execution of effective treatment strategies. This position demands robust leadership, clinical proficiency, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of children with autism and related developmental issues.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the clinical operations of the ABA facility, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment strategies for clients, grounded in evidence-based ABA methodologies.
  • Lead and provide continuous guidance and training to a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical personnel.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client's care.
  • Maintain precise and timely documentation of client progress, treatment strategies, and other essential records.
  • Stay updated with advancements in the field of ABA and autism treatment, integrating new research and techniques into the program.
  • Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for both clients and staff, encouraging a culture of ongoing improvement and professional growth.
  • Engage in outreach and community involvement initiatives to promote the facility's services and cultivate relationships with referral sources.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
  • Strong clinical competencies in ABA, encompassing assessment, treatment planning, and execution.
  • Exceptional leadership and management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with clients, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Dedication to upholding high standards of ethical and professional conduct.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a center-based ABA program.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and data collection tools.
  • Additional certifications or training in related fields (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Early Intervention).
