**Job Summary:**
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Concrete Quality Control Technician to ensure product quality meets local industry, customer, and company specifications.
**Responsibilities:**
• Oversee concrete testing on required designs and document results
• Record and maintain quality control documents
• Inspect raw materials and fresh concrete to confirm quality meets specifications
• Operate and maintain quality equipment according to manuals
• Perform random inspections and documentation of wire cage fabrication
• Inspect loads leaving the plant to meet accuracy and quality criteria
• Conduct monthly quality control training meetings and maintain personnel training records
• Collaborate with managers, leads, and crews
• Perform special projects or assignments as directed
**Qualifications:**
• Two-year technical degree preferred
• Knowledge of batching and concrete production
• Ability to read and understand production drawings and engineered prints
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to diagnose mechanical malfunctions and make adjustments
• Mathematical ability to calculate mixing portions and quality required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• ACI Certification and PCI Level 2
**Schedule:**
Monday - Friday
Day Shift
**Pay:**
$25.00/hr + DOE
