Ruggable, a prominent direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand, is on the lookout for an Experienced Lifestyle and Interiors Photographer to enhance our in-house production team. Our company, renowned for its innovative washable rug design, is committed to delivering high-quality products that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the production of interior, lifestyle, and product photography to support marketing and e-commerce initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and creative teams to align on campaign goals and visual storytelling.
- Develop and present concepts and mood boards that reflect the desired visual direction for various projects.
- Utilize advanced photographic techniques to ensure all images uphold our brand's integrity and quality standards.
- Scout and select optimal locations for photoshoots, considering lighting and spatial dynamics.
- Create detailed shot lists and schedules, coordinating with video production teams when necessary.
- Maintain and manage photography equipment, ensuring all tools are ready for use during shoots.
- Conduct editing sessions to facilitate a smooth transition to the post-production team.
- Establish and uphold brand photography standards, focusing on style, quality, and composition.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in photography and interior design to continually enhance our visual output.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Minimum of 7 years of professional photography experience in a brand or creative agency setting.
- Proven expertise in architecture, interiors, and lifestyle photography, alongside experience in still-life and portrait photography.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for shoots as required.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your proficiency in capturing the essence of interior spaces and lifestyle scenes.
- Expertise in CaptureOne, Adobe Photoshop, and lighting techniques.
- Familiarity with G Suite and Adobe Suite.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in project management and familiarity with tools like Asana.
Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses and employer matching for 401K plans.
