Gemnote is a leading provider of custom merchandise and swag solutions for modern businesses. Our team of experts helps clients curate, source, warehouse, fulfill, and ship branded merchandise and company swag, freeing up time for more strategic initiatives. Our clients include top companies like Airbnb, Google, Meta, Slack, and Netflix.
Responsibilities- Capture high-quality images that align with Gemnote's brand aesthetic and storytelling goals.
- Work closely with the Creative Team to produce compelling visual content for various platforms, including digital and print media.
- Use artistic and technical skills to capture photographs and simple videos that meet visual standards and objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and assist in photo shoots.
- Assist with directing and coordinating subjects, props, and lighting during photo shoots.
- Edit and retouch images and videos as needed to ensure high-quality final products.
- Ensure all photography adheres to brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Manage and organize digital assets and maintain an efficient workflow.
- Proven experience as a photographer or photography student, with a strong portfolio showcasing product and lifestyle photography.
- Proficiency with digital photography equipment and software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other photography-specific software.
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling images.
- Student or recent graduate of Photography, Film, or related field (preferred).
