About the Role

The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall production activities of the plant, ensuring a consistent production volume that meets the market's demands and quality standards. This includes formulating and implementing processes, product quality, and production improvement methodologies, as well as managing spending against budget and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production plans and budgets to meet business objectives
  • Lead and direct production supervisors to ensure a safe and productive work environment
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall company objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management
  • Proven track record of change implementation and Lean production management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
