About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Kendall County, IL. As a Speech Language Pathologist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and their families, providing essential speech and language therapy services in the comfort of their own homes and clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapists and Developmental Therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Design and implement evidence-based treatment strategies to address a range of communication skills, including articulation, fluency, voice, expressive and receptive language, and pragmatics.
  • Provide training and support to clients and their families to enhance their communication skills and confidence.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology and current licensure in the state of Illinois.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • At least two years of experience in pediatric speech and language therapy.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and families.
