Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a clinical and professional role model and consultant within our Medical/Surgical Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the nursing management of the Medical/Surgical unit, ensuring the delivery of quality care for all critical care patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control unit operations, personnel, and patient care.
  • Provide direct patient care when indicated and function as House Supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive clinical environment to promote cohesiveness within the unit and the hospital organization.
  • Actively participate in hospital committees and demonstrate ethical and appropriate behavior for the clinical environment.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a strong background in Medical/Surgical nursing.
  • Leadership experience and ability to demonstrate a leadership style that supports and directs staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
