Texas Tech Univ Health Sciences Ctr is seeking a Medical Care Provider Assistant to join their team.

**Job Summary**

This position is responsible for providing basic nursing care and services under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse or physician.

**Responsibilities**

* Work under usual clinic conditions with high contact with patients and other clinic personnel.
* Will be working in an OB/GYN fast-paced environment and may need to cover additional clinical locations as staffing needs arise.
* Other duties as assigned by nurse manager/clinical administrator.
* Answer patient calls regarding medication refills/orders/results, and working nurse pool.

**Requirements**

* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Completion of a nursing assistant training course or six months experience as a nursing assistant.

**Pay and Benefits**

* Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
* The annual salary for this position is estimated to be between $40,000 and $60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
* Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
