Fusion Medical Staffing-Long Term Care is seeking a skilled travel nurse RN Long Term Care to join their team in Indiana, Pennsylvania.

Job Details:

This is a 13 week Long Term Care/LTC RN travel assignment with a 12 hour shift position.

Responsibilities:

As a travel nurse RN Long Term Care, you will be responsible for completing nursing assessments of patients on the unit and documenting appropriately into patient records.

Requirements:

Nursing Diploma or ASN required. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel.

Short term disability

Reimbursement for licensure and CEU's

Nursing Diploma or ASN required; Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.

Completes nursing assessment of patients on the unit and documents appropriately into patient record.

Communicates and collaborates with physicians and other health team members.

Provides and coordinates patient care with other health team members.

Monitor and evaluates patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit

Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies

Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.

Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Sensory – Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate
