ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups as necessary.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based assessment to inform clients about various insurance products.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to meet customer needs while supporting the growth of our business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong dedication to customer service excellence.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred (including roles in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing).
  • Ability to secure a Property and Casualty License.
  • Ability to obtain a Life/Health License.
  • Capability to meet mutually established marketing objectives.
  • Interest in promoting products and services tailored to customer requirements.
