You'll also complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies and procedures. This role requires a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Job Summary:**

As a Teller, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Providing financial solutions to customers, including account openings and loan applications
  • Making introductions to bankers to help customers achieve their financial goals
  • Completing operational activities, such as cash handling and reconciliation
  • Minimizing risks under established policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

  • 6+ months of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through training, military experience, or education
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
