About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Geriatric Physician to join our team at Catholic Health Initiatives. As an Outpatient Geriatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and conducting cognitive assessments with a blend of primary care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct cognitive assessments and provide primary care services to patients aged 55 and above
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4:30PM, with reasonable telephone call-only responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a LCSW and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
