Financial Sales Specialist

Compensation and BenefitsThis role offers uncapped performance-based compensation with average earnings reaching mid-six figures within three to four years. Additionally, benefits include:

You will be supported by a dedicated team providing sales support, client service, marketing, research, and more. As the voice of Fisher Investments to prospective clients, you will review prospects' personal financial situations and provide solutions. You will also educate prospective clients on the competitive landscape and participate in ongoing training in advanced phone sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management. This onsite position is located in Plano, TX, with no travel required as it focuses on phone-based sales or virtual connections.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience working in financial services
- FINRA Series 65 or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 preferred
- A multi-year track record of success driving results
- Skill in persuading and educating prospects
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.
