Cashier and Receptionist

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cashier and Receptionist to join our team at Bruckner Truck Sales. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Process cash transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and making change.
• Maintain accurate records of cash transactions, including balancing cash boxes and reconciling discrepancies.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member or department.
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory levels.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
