Position Overview: The Financial Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Area Resource Manager by managing customer service requests and scheduling.

  • Evaluate and monitor the performance of the technical team, making necessary adjustments to improve customer satisfaction while maintaining cost efficiency.

Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Billing and Support Coordinators to ensure timely progression of completed jobs through the necessary business processes.

Account Management: Maintain up-to-date customer account information to facilitate effective call management and task scheduling within the NxGen system.

Additional Duties:

  • Support parts ordering and purchase order creation.
  • Participate in weekly planning and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in monitoring the submission of time and expense reports.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with professionalism and persistence.
  • Strong prioritization skills based on financial implications for business objectives.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of experience in service operations or scheduling.
  • Experience in the building management systems or controls industry is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of project accounting or costing principles is advantageous.
