Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and communities, assisting them with daily living tasks and activities.
- Help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
- Transport individuals to medical appointments, shopping, and recreational activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration are necessary.
- Background check and willingness to drive individuals in your personal vehicle are required.
- A $250 bonus is offered after 30 days of employment.
- Starting pay rate is $20 per hour.
- Weekends off.
- Compensated on a weekly basis.
