Job Opportunity at The Treetop ABA Therapy

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at The Treetop ABA Therapy. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based analytic services to children with autism spectrum disorder.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized services to clients in their homes, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. You will work closely with our dedicated supervising clinicians and leadership team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 learning environments directly in the child's home, focusing on establishing competent learner skills.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collect and record data on client progress, using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • RBT Certification is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance are required.
  • Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors is essential.
  • Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certificate (if applicable).
  • TRICARE Certification is preferred.
  • Passion for driving change and supporting independent growth is essential.
