Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement RF design strategies for the first standalone 5G broadband network in the US
  • Collaborate with eNB/RAN and UE teams to design and optimize RF solutions
  • Conduct thorough site candidate evaluation and selection to ensure optimal network performance
  • Establish and maintain design criteria and performance parameters for RF systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Telecommunications Engineering
  • 5 years of RF engineering experience, with a minimum of 3 years in LTE RF Design
  • Proficiency in 4G/5G, Macro and small cell designs, LTE design tools, propagation/planning tools, and interference analysis
