Job Title: Occupational Therapist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to work in a hospital setting, providing rehabilitation therapy to patients with a range of conditions. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, helping them to regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a hospital setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an applied hospital setting
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Background and drug screen
  • Additional requirements and certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
