We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Services Associate to join our team at Penn Medicine. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care:
    • Room patients promptly and prepare charts for visits
    • Observe patient condition and communicate any abnormal data or changes to providers
    • Assist patients with walking, transfers, and preparing for exams
    • Manage specimens for testing and perform laboratory and screening tests
  • Clerical and Administrative:
    • Respond to patient inquiries and route calls to appropriate staff
    • Obtain and scan documents as required for visits
    • Complete medical forms and prepare patient correspondence
  • Environmental and Safety:
    • Adhere to universal body fluids precautions and infection control policies
    • Clean and disinfect instruments and equipment
    • Maintain a safe environment and protect patients from injury
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • CMA or RMA certification
  • MA certification within 90 days of hire
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years medical office experience or relevant customer service experience
