We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Pivot Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating, designing, and implementing patient care plans to increase, maintain, or restore function, minimize or prevent disability, and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy services to patients, including exercises, manual therapy, and education on proper body mechanics and injury prevention.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
