About the Role

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at The Physicians Care Surgery Center in Royersford, PA.

As a Physical Therapist with NovaCare, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, from adolescents to geriatrics, and provide high-quality care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in post-operative acute care and be able to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

We offer a competitive hourly rate range of $50-$55/hr based on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development through our dedicated career paths.

Additionally, we provide paid national certifications and support for clinical and professional growth through locally and nationally recognized speakers and journal clubs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with post-operative acute care needs, developing and implementing effective treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records, adhering to state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in facility meetings and contribute to a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required to start.
  • Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
