At Integris LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a Patient Services Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Answer telephones and take concise messages
- Scan and index information into the medical record
- Handle requests for medical records and basic scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
- 1 year of clerical experience preferred
- Experience in cashier procedures and/or basic accounting, clinic check in/out procedures, basic health insurance, HMO, PPO, and basic medical terminology
- 6 months of customer service experience, 6 months of telephone customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written)
- Must have a current Driver's License from the state of residence and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
- For clinic staff assigned duties of entering orders in the electronic medical records, certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire
