FSQA Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled FSQA Supervisor to join our team at Seaboard Foods. As a key member of our food safety and quality assurance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our pork processing facility.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the implementation of food safety and quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with USDA and FSIS regulations, as well as international regulatory laws.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve exemplary food safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the FSQA team and operations to support projects and activities related to food safety and product quality.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of department programs and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in meat science, food science, microbiology, engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible positions in the meat/pork industry, or 5 years of experience in a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current and application of USDA and FSIS directives and regulatory requirements.
