Resident Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Douglas Emmett. As a key member of our community staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Community Manager and residents.
Responsibilities:- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to their needs and concerns
- Manage office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Coordinate events, welcome packets, and tenant communications to ensure seamless resident experience
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed to support community operations
- Work collaboratively with community staff to achieve team goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support or related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Team player attitude and strong customer service orientation
- Estimated salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
