Insurance Sales Team Lead

As a Sales Coordinator at Citizens, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting and assisting with the selection of potential sales candidates, developing and training a team of insurance sales agents, and managing and overseeing new business sales goals. You will also counsel and supervise client retention, work with and assist sales staff daily on their route, and ensure the team meets sales targets.

Requirements:
Previous sales experience required
Management experience required
Current Full Life, Health, and Accident insurance license required or will acquire within 60 days of hire
Ability to utilize Zoom and Microsoft Office suite including Chrome, Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Work Environment:
Outside sales work consisting of field work making outside sales and recruiting calls
Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM with occasional flexible hours
Physical Requirements:
Ability to reach high and low; open, close and retrieve files from file cabinets as well as operate computer keyboard and appropriate office equipment
The position requires the ability to frequently stand, walk, sit for long periods of time, lift up to 15 lbs., open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary
