Job Title: Fiscal Specialist - Third-Party Billing Expert

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Fiscal Specialist to join our team at the District Office. The successful candidate will provide crucial support in managing Third-Party Billing for five of our campuses using PeopleSoft Student Information Systems and sponsor portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and distribute third-party invoices in PeopleSoft-SIS and sponsor portals
  • Prepare third-party payments received by lock-box, EFT, mail, and in-person
  • Collect past due invoices and complete A/R reconciliations
  • Monitor student and organizational accounts for accuracy
  • Answer questions from sponsors, campuses, or District Office regarding third-party processes or transactions

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and one year of financial support experience
  • OR High School Diploma or GED and three years of financial support experience
