Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with company products, operational procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Understand the processes for handling orders, special requests, returns, and payment transactions.
  • Welcome customers as they enter the store and express gratitude as they leave.
  • Respond to incoming phone inquiries in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently while managing cash at the registers.
  • Handle cash, credit, and charge transactions in accordance with company protocols.
  • Provide accurate receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers as needed.
  • Conduct cash drawer counts at the beginning and end of each shift.
