Job Summary

Signature Aviation is a leading global aviation services provider with a presence in over 220 locations worldwide. As a Parts Coordinator STP-MRO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retain qualification as a TECHNICAir Certified Receiving Inspector and maintain compliance with all applicable Quality Procedures (QPs) and local work instructions.
  • Inspect all incoming products and consumables, maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policy, Repair Station Quality Procedures, and FARs.
  • Order, stock, and inventory all parts and supplies for the facility, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing stockouts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assisting internal and external customers with parts and stock requirements, as well as processing returned parts and cores.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound shipments, tool control, and year-end inventory and weekly cycle counts as needed.
  • Observe and adhere to all safety, environmental, and general housekeeping rules and policies, maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, plus two to three years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in supply chain operations and/or inventory management is preferred, as is knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) related to aircraft parts.
