Job Summary:

This Medical Professional for Acute Care role will involve working in a fast-paced hospital setting, providing direct patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessing patients' medical needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, manage complex cases, and ensure seamless transitions between healthcare services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant laws and regulations governing patient confidentiality and data protection.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills, stay updated on best practices, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a strong foundation in acute care nursing, with a minimum of one year's experience in a hospital setting within the specific specialty. Additionally, they should hold relevant certifications as required for the position and demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Estimate: $125,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
