We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at MediLodge of Clare. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and provide nursing care for residents, including administering medications and performing treatments.
- Supervise and direct junior staff members and CNAs, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent care.
- Document resident conditions and nursing needs, accurately and promptly implementing physicians' orders.
- Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel, ensuring that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
- Ensure that supplies are utilized economically and equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner.
- Graduate of accredited LPN/LVN school of nursing.
- Valid LPN/LVN license in the state employed.
- Valid CPR certification.
- One year experience in nursing preferred.
- Leading market wages starting at $32.20-$42.52 per hour.
