The successful candidate for this position will have strong potential for research excellence in counseling psychology or counselor education. We expect the successful candidate to have potential for or a strong record of securing external grants to support their program of research, at the level necessary to ensure the impact of their work. In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching in counseling-related courses and be an excellent mentor to students and early-career scholars.

Qualifications- Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology or a closely related field earned by July 31, 2025.
- Potential for scholarly leadership in topics relevant to Counseling Psychology and related fields, including counseling with diverse populations, integrated care, and/or assessment.
- High potential for securing extramural research funding.
- Experience or capacity to teach and mentor undergraduate and graduate students from a wide range of backgrounds and advance the College's mission.
