Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychological and developmental assessments, including ADHD, psychoeducational, and personality assessments.
- Develop and manage treatment plans for clients, including individual, family, couples, and group therapies.
- Collaborate with other treatment team members to ensure high-quality patient care and coordinate services and community resources as needed.
- Provide training and supervision to interns as needed and consultation services to professionals, hospitals, organizations, schools, or agencies as needed.
- Model and promote healthy communication, customer service, and positive representation of the organization.
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D./Psy.D.) from an APA-accredited university in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
- Licensed or able to become licensed in the state of Texas.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills necessary to relate to a wide variety of internal and external contacts.
- All patient referrals will be provided.
