Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Circle K Stores, Inc. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store shelves are fully stocked, accurately priced, and visually appealing to our customers.

• Monitor and maintain store inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Ensure that all products are accurately priced and displayed in a visually appealing manner.
• Perform regular inventory audits to identify and correct any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or merchandising preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

The Merchandiser will work in a retail store environment, with regular exposure to cold temperatures in the walk-in cooler and freezer. The position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 30 pounds.
