This is a part-time role offering flexible scheduling, requiring 16 to 24 hours of work per week, including weekend and holiday shifts.

Role Overview:
The Assisted Living Aide will provide essential support to residents who may be functionally, physically, or socially challenged and require continuous supervision. The primary responsibility of the Aide is to assist residents with daily living activities that they cannot perform independently, while promoting their autonomy and personal choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate the ability to think critically and act decisively in both routine and emergency situations.
  • Exhibit self-motivation and the capability to take charge when necessary.
  • Maintain courteous and diplomatic interactions with residents and staff in all circumstances.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours and engage in holiday events.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Ensure regular attendance and commitment to the role.
  • Communicate effectively in fluent English, both verbally and in writing.
