Key Responsibilities

  • Manage food inventory and supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation

Requirements

  • Culinary arts school training or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality food production environment, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • ServSafe Certification or similar food safety certification
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
