- Clean and sanitize dishes, food prep areas, and dining spaces after each meal, adhering to our camp's health and safety protocols.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of food storage areas, ensuring that all supplies are readily available and easily accessible.
- Assist with the unloading and stocking of incoming food deliveries, ensuring that all items are properly stored and accounted for.
- Contribute to the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the dining hall, including bathrooms and handwashing stations.
- A strong desire to positively impact the lives of our campers and a willingness to put their needs first.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and instructions in a clear and constructive manner.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a team player who can give and take direction from others.
- A willingness to learn new concepts and skills, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
- A commitment to adhering to our camp's code of conduct, rules, and policies.
- A competitive starting salary of $4000 for the 12-week summer season.
- An additional $100 credit in our camp store for snacks and supplies.
- Free housing, meals, and laundry facilities.
- A 2-hour break provided each day, as well as one scheduled day off per week.
- International staff members will receive varying pay and benefits, which will be discussed directly with Cub Creek Science Camp.
