Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders and maintain inventory in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Research and correct transaction errors
  • Handle domestic and international shipping documents
Requirements
  • Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of warehouse experience
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed
  • Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS
Working Conditions
  • Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
  • Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
  • Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
  • Handle or manage tools or equipment
  • Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
