Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Outpatient Therapist to join our team at Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will work with clients to provide individual and group therapy sessions, helping them to overcome mental health challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, using evidence-based techniques and approaches.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Conduct group therapy sessions, focusing on topics such as coping skills, stress management, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Document client progress and treatment plans, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying current with best practices and research in the field of mental health.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  • Therapist license, such as LPC or LMFT.
  • 1 year of professional experience in mental health or human services, preferred.
