Job Overview

Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services tailored to students with diverse needs
  • Design and execute personalized therapy plans and objectives
  • Conduct evaluations and contribute to the formulation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals to enhance student development
  • Maintain precise and current records of services rendered
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and parent consultations as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
