About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Liaison to join our team. As a Key Account Liaison, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Our Key Account Liaisons work closely with our financial advisors to provide exceptional customer service and help our clients achieve their long-term financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • Broaden and deepen client relationships through regular communication and proactive relationship-building activities
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiency and improve processes within the branch office
  • Work independently to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Stay up-to-date with current and new office technology to efficiently perform job duties
  • Develop a willingness to learn how financial services and markets work

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $26.41-$30.63 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive 6-month training program includes an experienced peer to mentor you, and you'll have access to a wide support network from your branch office to your region to the home office.
