Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA to join our team. As a CNA at Aftenro, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living, obtaining vital signs, delivering meal trays, and transporting residents to and from meals and activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as transfers, showers, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Obtain vital signs and weights.
  • Deliver meal trays to residents dining in their rooms.
  • Transport residents to and from meals and activities.
  • Make shiftly rounds on assigned residents.
  • Answer call lights.
Requirements
  • Be at least 16 years old.
  • Pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) background study.
  • Be available to work every other weekend rotation for.3 or greater.
  • Hold a current CNA certification or be enrolled in a CNA course.
  • Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
