Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage leads to schedule appointments and identify customer needs.
  • Market and promote appropriate insurance products and services to meet customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements:

  • Property & Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain)
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers
