About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of kidney care services. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care in a hospital setting, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver dialysis services to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease, leveraging your expertise in nephrology care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest dialysis technologies and best practices.

Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N).
  • Experience in intensive care, critical care, emergency room, or medical surgical settings is highly desirable.
