- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Licensing: Able to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
- Marketing Goals: Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
- Marketing Interest: Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
