Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will design and implement digital systems that support the onboarding and KYC for Card Payment Processing and Merchant Services. This role is at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, working directly with customers to shape programs that drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide architectural solutions and designs to product and developer teams for implementation.
- Collaborate with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future operational data analysis goals.
- Recommend modern technology stacks to meet those goals and help engineering teams migrate towards their use.
- Lead the architecture configuration and advise engineering teams on its efficient use.
- Help provide alternative solutions and guide product teams to an optimal fit from both an engineering effort and timely delivery to market.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
- Experience working as an enterprise, solutions architect and developing solution implementation frameworks.
- Knowledge of modern, cloud-based enterprise architecture best practices and patterns.
- Proven expertise of managing and leading cross-functional matrixed teams.
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software development, or a combination of both.
- 3+ years of experience with modern web frameworks such as React and/or Angular.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud-based serverless concepts and services running in AWS and/or Azure.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions and proficiency in relevant architecture modeling tools (e.g., UML, ArchiMate).
We offer a competitive salary range of $92,118 to $202,730, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
